Access panel on the right side of the shower provided access to the Boiler...

Neal,
There were access panels at each side of the shower: to the left were the electrical panels, to the right was the boiler. That's why Joe showed us a photo of each side wall, showing the access panels for those side walls.

That is very creative, but an electrical panel in the shower just freaks me out!
