box cut into block wall
This panel box is installed inside the block wall. I have never seen an installation like this before. I am wondering if there are any structrual and / or moisture issures with this installation.

Probably and yes (in that order), however, that is a Zinsco, so when they replace it they can just repair the wall and surface mount the new service equipment on it.
