This is an excellent opportunity to take you professionalism to the next level.
That is, of course, if you define "professionalism" as kowtowing to the insurance, building, and real estate industries on a grand scale. I would have picked a different moniker - like Teflon Lips Inspections, LLP.

Hmmm! BPG Inspection Services - the nation's largest home inspection company. Funny that a web search comes up empty. Your InspectionNews "public profile" website site link comes up "not found." Not to nit pick here but something isn't adding up.

Not to worry. I'm sure that everything else you said in your post is correct.

John, I believe they use to be Land America and they changed their name after the company went into bankruptcy.

Ahh. That explains how they became the "largets".

Actually, the parent company, LandAmerica Title went bankrupt. LandAmerica Property Inspection Services has always been in the black. LAPIS and our home warranty division were purchased by it's former management team during the bankruptcy sale. Thus the name change to Buyer's Protection Group (BPG).

As Rob stated, the benefits are great and we pay a commission of 40 - 60% (depending on experience) of all revenue collected. That's not bad considering we also pick up all licensing and association fees, insurance and such.

By the way, we're also hiring in Minnesota.
