[FONT='Arial','sans-serif']We have an immediate need for an inspector to inspect a vinyl floor in a residential home in Honolulu, HI 96819[/FONT].

This is a very easy inspection and will pay $125.00.


You are required to have a moisture meter. Temperature and humidity readings required along with pictures. We will send you a checklist of what to look for. No destructive testing.


Payment will be made within 10 days of completion of the inspection or immediately after the inspection if you accept bankcards.


You are responsible for setting the appointment. The inspection report must be submitted on our website within 48 hours of the inspection.

Ron, post jobs like this from time to time on this site. I have done a few for him that were in my area, most deal with installation problems from the two big box home improvement stores. Take some pictures and write a short opinion. Pretty simple.....

I have done inspection for home owners that got new hardwood flooring from china infested with Bamboo Beetles... The complete new flooring needs to come out So if you are doing these type of inspection look close at the hardwood flooring if you see little pin holes you may have a Beetle infestation...

Go to Find an inspector | ASHI, American Society of Home Inspectors and plug in the Zip Code. I know of several inspectors in Hawaii.
