    Hello Jason,

    Florida is very saturated with inspectors right now, but if you come down make sure you're licensed:

    Services that require a license - Home Inspectors


    Also, especially if you move to a coastal area, get up to speed on OIR Form B1-1802 (Wind Mitigation) as it is an unfortunate part of HI work right now.
