Help Wanted - San Diego
Busy Home Inspection company in San Diego is looking for an experienced 1099 inspector in San Diego. Home inspection experience required. No new inspectors. We are too busy to train from scratch. We are looking for someone who can start right away.

We provide a generous split; certain equipment such as IR camera; software, bonus plan; E&O insurance; all back office support.

PREFERRED requirements:
Experience as a home inspector
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good computer skills
Good industry relationships (Knowing agents is a plus)
Very Punctual
Willing to work some weekends
Homegauge User or familiar with computer generated reports
Prefer CalNACHI certificiation or CREIA
Reliable vehicle
Ability to be diplomatic with clients AND agents
