Chicago: South Side/Suburban Inspector Needed

Good Day Folks,
I need a subcontractor to perform sworn statement inspections for us on the South Side of Chicago/South Suburban for me.

Needs:

Willing to work as a subcontractor & set your own appointments
Need Residential & Commercial Inspection Experience
Must have 3D Report Writing software (I supply forms)
Must be professional & excellent communicator!!!
Roughly 2 jobs a week
I will train!
Each job pays $100
Must have IL Home Inspector License or better (Architect/Engineer...)

Each job is no longer than 1 hour on site (normally 15-30 minutes on site, unless there are complications), and about 15 minute report time.
