We have an immediate need for an inspector to inspect a vinyl tile floor in Appleton, MN, 56208. We need to have this performed before Monday, August 20th.
The complaint is for tiles lifting. Checklist/directions for the inspection will be provided. Inspector must have a non-invasive moisture meter (Tramex, Delmhorst, Protimeter, etc. picture of the meter on the floor will be required). UV light is a plus (to check for tracers in the adhesive), but not required. No destructive testing involved. Installers will have removed one or two tiles for pictures of the adhesive and measurements of the trowel marks. Inspection time should be 10-15 minutes.
Payment will be made within 10 days of completion of the inspection
You are responsible for setting the appointment. The inspection report must be submitted on our website within 48 hours of the inspection.
