Vinyl Floor Inspection-Gazelle, CA 96034
We have an immediate need for an inspector to inspect a vinyl tile floor in Gazelle, CA 96034. The complaint is for gaps and shrinkage. Checklist/directions for the inspection will be provided. Inspector must have a non-envasive moisture meter (Tramex, Delmohrst, Protimeter, etc. picture of the meter on the floor will be required). No destructive testing involved.
This inspection is negotiable. Payment will be made within 10 days of completion of the inspection
You are responsible for setting the appointment. The inspection report must be submitted on our website within 48 hours of the inspection.
Inspect Solutions, Inc. has been contracted to provide national inspection services for major retailers and manufacturers.
Our clients are major retailers or manufacturers that just want to know what is wrong so the problem can be taken care of. They also need our opinion so the proper party can be charged back. Wait a minute. This is a home inspector's website. What do you expect for a H.I. to tell you? "Yep, there's certainly gaps and shrinkage".
Unless one were to have specific experience/knowledge of vinyl flooring they'd only be guessing as to the cause of the problem.
How about you call a qualified installer, or even better still, a manufacturer's rep?

That's actually close to what they want, just a neutral 3rd party to assess the issue and document the conditions. It's not that complicated, and I like their web based report system.

Yep, it is simple work that helps when it is slow. If you are in the area they are well worth the few minutes it takes. |
