mouse droppings
I know mice are common and I see evidence of them often. I note the evidence of rodents in the report and call for a pest control professional.
Do the rest of you write up the mice evidence?

I lost an agent because I refused to grind myself into a low crawl space with fresh mouse poop. I always write it up. It's not required by my state SOPs but it falls under the catagory of - since I'm there I should tell you.

Take a look at Appendix "F" in the IBC... It covers rodent proofing... But, not painters...

Well, i did write up the piles of racoon poop in the attic last month. Oh! And the racoons too. Cute little buggers.
