    Default Efflorescence

I have never seen this much efflorescence accumulate on a garage slab. This is what accumulated just during the winter. There is a natural pond behind the structure, so the water table must be pretty high. Any thoughts as to why there is so much of this?

Possibly thought: 'This is just a garage, we don't need no stinkin' moisture barrier under it.'

    Ummm ... yeah, you do.
