Poor cat in that other post, never thought a cat would be too slow to react but maybe he was sleeping and the sensors were mounted too high or just a small cat?

Years ago (before time began, before photo cells were available) I was doing remodeling on a house with my partner (and brother-in-law). From what we were told about the neighbors, the cat was better off dead than living over there. It was a nice neighborhood, but every neighborhood has at least one of those kinds of families.

It's an Individual Subjective Test done by the Inspector.( not Chiseled in Stone. )

The only thing you have taught me is not to off hand dismiss other people that do not agree with every word I utter as Rock Solid Truth . If so then you are ( do you wish for me to compile the list? )

I am licensed in two states as well.

I am required to conduct a Home Inspection to the States Standards.(agree with or not.)
