Re: Test Complete!!
Billy, why that would be anything higher than what I feel is reasonable now would it not?
Have you forgotten everything I taught you already? LMAO
Poor cat in that other post, never thought a cat would be too slow to react but maybe he was sleeping and the sensors were mounted too high or just a small cat?

Re: Test Complete!!
Years ago (before time began, before photo cells were available) I was doing remodeling on a house with my partner (and brother-in-law). One day when we went to lunch, putting the garage door down as usual, when we came back we noticed a cat lying under the door, half in and half out (not a good thing and not a pretty sight).
When the owners came home that afternoon we told them about it.
Turns out it was their neighbors cat and the cat was deaf. They had been telling the neighbor for months that the cat almost gets itself killed daily crossing the street in front of cars, etc., and told us not to worry about it, they would tell the neighbors.
From what we were told about the neighbors, the cat was better off dead than living over there. It was a nice neighborhood, but every neighborhood has at least one of those kinds of families.

Re: Test Complete!!
Bruce,
Oh of course " What I Feel "
It's an Individual Subjective Test done by the Inspector.( not Chiseled in Stone. )
The only thing you have taught me is not to off hand dismiss other people that do not agree with every word I utter as Rock Solid Truth . If so then you are ( do you wish for me to compile the list? )
I am licensed in two states as well.
I am required to conduct a Home Inspection to the States Standards.(agree with or not.)
As you Have been LMAO for some time please pick it up as I am tired of you showing it.
If you wish to speak down to people that have a differing opinion from yours please save it for "The Book."
* hint even if the thread hits 200 you did not start it.

Re: Test Complete!!
yup
Do you inspect the basic reversal feature (2x4)?
Did you learn from this thread that DASMA has two different procedures posted and that the opener manufacturers have instructions to test the force reversal setting by arm/hand?
thanks for adding your opinions, everyone has something to offer I'm sure..
I walk every roof I can get my fat butt safely on to and off of. (Have we moved on to that yet?)
