Don't forget your Snake Chaps!
Last week I had a client call for an inspection on a vacant house about 3 miles from my house. When I asked her to verify if the power was ON, she did not know. Later that afternoon I drove by the house to check the power my self. I am glad that I did. I am surprised that the relator's and the owners (they are local) allowed the house to be shown. The morning of the inspection I retrieved my snake chaps from my hunting closet.
