Re: yard with a view
You know what they say,
"Location, Location, Location".
"You don't need to worry about the neighbors."
"Quiet, peaceful neighborhood"
So whats the name of the subdivision? Heavenly Hills
I can hear Mom now,
" Joey, don't dig over there".
"Turn that music down, do you want to wake the dead ?"
" I don't care if it is closer to my parents, I'm not living there"

Looks like one of the neighbors is getting "stoned".

Rick--
You missed perhaps the best one:
It's a WONDERFUL neighborhood! People would just die for the chance to be there...

Re: yard with a view
I can see the creative real estate agents description.
"There is a marble orchard behind this property".
"The neighbors are dead quiet"
"People are just dying to go there"

Re: yard with a view
While I found it 'unusual' to have a gate in the rear property fence (unless there was a specific reason for the gate) I have found them, however, I wonder what specific reason that gate was installed for .... ? Maybe the original owners had a family member there?

Re: yard with a view
Jerry,
I can only assume the gate was placed there for persons who may be visiting the cemetary and need to go take a leak elsewhere.
