Depends.
Meaning, I can't tell from the photos.
*IF* the stucco was installed on all of that wall 'first', 'then' the wood trim added. probably not.
*IF* the wood trim was installed 'first', 'then' the in-fill areas between the wood trim stuccoed, it absolutely needs all kinds of things to allow for the water getting behind the stucco to drain to the outside.
