Researching for a Picture
I'm try to relocate a picture I posted a couple years ago of a retaining wall in my area that had collapsed due to heavy rains.
I've looked through the "old" board but can't seem to locate it.
Maybe Brian has deleted some of those older pictures I don't know.
If any by chance saved it for your own file as a reference, could you post it back on here or email it to me.
This particular builder has built some new homes directly behind where this retaining wall collapsed and in now claiming no such collapse occured. I have a client wishing to purchase one of these homes, and I'm trying to locate it.
I have many CD's to go through to find it, but thought someone might have saved it.
Any help would be appreciated.
Rick

Rick:
If a permit was taken out for the wall that failed, The building dept. may have permit taken out? For the info you need.
Mabe this is a chance for you?

Re: Researching for a Picture
Hi Rick,
I did a search for all your post that contained "retaining wall" and this is what I got.
I hope one of them has your picture.

Re: Researching for a Picture
Brian,
Thanks for your looking also. I've been through the older board looking also.
It may be in that last thread you posted dated May 23, 2006 as this was about the time the wall collapsed. Only thing is when I click on that thread, nothing is there anymore.
Do you by chance have a file that has all the photos that have ever been posted. I'd pay money for something like that to have for a research type file or to show clients as examples.
Just a thought for you.

On this board you can log into your UserCP and the last link on the menu is "Attachments".
Those are all the photos you have uploaded to this board. Nothing like that for the old board.

Brian,
You cease to amaze me. What a great function that I bet most aren't even aware that exists. I didn't.
This board is better thats for sure, although I did like the other one too.
Thanks for all your hard work in keeping this board going.
