I could not leave without taking a pic of their "ENTERANCE" sign. You would think someone would have caught the obvious spelling error somewhere along the line but there it is for all to see. Great for first impressions!

We filled each out and I put my copy away. At the end of the inspection the client asked me if I had picked his copy up off of the counter by mistake. I checked all my stuff and didn't have it.

There were several people at the inspection besides the client and me. There were agents from both the sellers and buyers sides, a tennant or owner who was clearing belongings away, and another who may have been an owner/investor who was discussing transaction details with the client.

Anyway, the clients copy was MIA. I scanned him a copy of mine so thats no big deal. However, we were wondering what happened to the other copy.

I understand that someone could have picked it up by accident. At NASA Kennedy Space Center's Launch Pad 39A, space shuttle Atlantis' crew access hatch has been closed and locked for flight.

All six STS-129 astronauts are safely strapped into their seats and are awaiting liftoff at 2:28 p.m. EST.

The Closeout Crew will pressurize the crew cabin, check for leaks and then finish up remaining work inside the pad's White Room before leaving the area.

The weather forecast remains "go" at the launch site and the Transoceanic Abort Landing, or TAL, sites where the shuttle could land in the unlikely event of an emergency.

NASA's recovery ships are stationed in the Atlantic Ocean, ready to gather up the solid rocket boosters after they fall away from Atlantis.

This one in particular is lifting from a holding tank into a public sewer line. The holding tank and control/alarm equipment are locked shut and the whole thing looks pretty old (maybe 25 years).

Since I choose not to do any extensive inspection of these systems, what type of contractor should I refer my client to?
