    Cool REALTOR's Open House Reveals Fireplace Defect

    A Realtor posted this photo on their web-site and I wonder how many spotted the fireplace defect? (I know its old but deserves another look)

    That agent probably worked out of this same office.

    They should should be sued for false advertising.

    That explains why sales (as well as a few other things) are down! And yes that is a blue ball on the Title line.

    That fireplace was built by Count Humpford or was it Rumford? I can't remember, I must be getting old.
