Is there a specific term for this decorative chimney-top flue tile
Is there a specific term for decoratively shaped chimney-top flu tiles?
Thanks

No pic?
Perhaps you mean a chimney pot? It goes over (decorative cover) the flue tile. They're usually clay too.

Yes Michael, that is a chimney pot. They can come in a variety of shapes and sizes and are usually quite heavy. This one appears to have a metal flue liner inside.

I concur with the term chimney pot for the area in question. See Clay Chimney Pots for some examples by one manufacturer.
