    Default One for Bob's wall of shame...

    had to contort myself, reach above where the damper had rusted away and blind shoot this at the ??smoke shelf??
    No evidence of inlet or outlet for this section of downspout and thought, "Bob, will know!" ;-))

    Some days that gut feeling makes me a lucky man.

    Hey, its metal so it won't burn! Now, what does/ did it go to and why? Radon mitigation system? Actual rain gutter? Homemade vent for water heater? Lord knows....

    You can tell this wasn't from Philly because it was too well built....
