Why use a screw driver to remove those pesky hood cage caps when you can just do this?

And at the end of the inspection, the buyer asked if I would give a discount on the next inspection. Because it is a blast spending 4 hours inspecting a money pit and another 3 hours on the report.

Nick, next time a client asks if they can get a discount, ask them when was the last time they volunteered to work 8 hours at their regular job for 4 hours pay.
