looks like 2012

Thanks Wayne. That is what I thought but the unit looked old so I thought maybe it would be a 2003. Really appreciate the feedback & enclosed info.

If it "looked old" I would be very hesitant to state that it was a 2012 unit ... 'how old' did it look? How old is the house?

Before stating that it was a 2012 when it "looked old", I would call the manufacturer and ask them directly - just to make sure. It would take *a lot* to make an almost brand new unit (less than 9 months old) to "look old".
