    Default Multiple string of fireplace gas lines

    Hi Guys<br>
    <br>
    Long time since i've posted -but i read alot here. Came across this today 2015 house -three 4 foot plus or minus flex gas lines running from basement to gas fireplace in family room--not csst just flex lines--this is a big major No No right. Buyer bought house five years ago and no write up on this.<br>

    found out it was to the new gas stove recently installed--but think same no no

    Charlie,

    I just saw your post, sorry it's probably a few days too late, but here's some relevant data for gas connectors:

    411.1.3.1 Maximum length.

    Connectors shall have an overall length not to exceed 6 feet (1829 mm). Measurement shall be made along the centerline of the connector. Only one connector shall be used for each appliance.
