Fireplace help
Would more experienced eyes lend their verbage to this fireplace design and installation? It is one of 2 installed in apartments built in 1976. There is a concrete wall between the apartments but no fire separation in the attic.

Re: Fireplace help
Thanks Warren. In this job there were 7 apartments, one 3 unit and one 4 unit, 5 apartments had identical fireplaces. The attic picture shows one of the flues. The outside picture shows the only 2 apartments with back to back chimneys. Sorry for the confusion.
