    Just an observation.
I sometimes read the older post.
Several people have deleted everyone of their post.
Its surprising at how many post have been deleted.
Sometimes I cannot even understand what the OP was about.

    Rick,

Yes, I don't get it either. The archive is intended to allow anyone to go back and look something up. I do it periodically instead of asking a question again. To me, it is evidence of questionable motives. I have only noticed it with a couple of people and I will no longer answer their questions.

Maybe, because the board is accessible to the public, they deleted their posts after getting the answer they needed, thinking it would look bad to potential clients that they didn't know something? Just guessing.

This board is available to the public. Some inspectors might be deleting their post's so that potential clients searching for them on the web don't find them asking questions and looking for advise. This may give the client that the inspector is lacking experience or is unqualified.
