Thread: My first complain.

Recently you inspected a home I have listed at ……. The owners were very upset that you let the dishwasher run the entire cycles and large amounts of water were all over the kitchen floor. They also said you left many windows open. This was a very distressing situation for them. I would hope your professionalism is better next time.

Well my clients didn’t buy this house.

I'm a bit confused.

Just because your clients didn't buy the home, does that justify leaving windows opened or water on the floor as mentioned.

I could see why the seller is upset if that is true.

If it truly your first complaint. It probably won't be your last either.

I cleaned the floor and I always lack windows.

I take great pride in my work. And made every effort to ensure I left the house the way I found it.

Well, as far as this one goes

There is suppose to be something wrong with that?

As far as water on the kitchen floor.......From what? Did the dishwasher leak from under and did not show until you left? Or, did you spill some water on the floor or did water come thru the open windows and did you leave windows open or were they open?

The statement does seem a little over the top. Very distressing situation? It sounds similar to "I wouldn't have bought the house if I knew _______."

For a first complaint, it could have been worse.
