Context is everything. I saw the video and what he's doing in the still photo is turning to help the woman behind him and to his right step down. In the video he gives her his hand.

Don't get me wrong I love European men...but they do sometimes have a "hard" time keeping their eyes, hands, and a couple other things to themselves...probably what I like about them! So not too surprised to see Sarkozy's eyeballs poppong out. American men are much more shy and, hey, I'll say it- SCARED. American women are too uptight...OK, I don't think I should continue here... don't want to mix this one up with the sex blog...but they can't seem to appreciate a good looking over by a good lookin' man.

O c'mon Billy, what do you do, ask her age and THEN look? The fact that you had to ask after seeing the picture tells me you also would look first, ask questions later!

If you saw the tape and saw her walking in, you would have thought she was twenty. I certainly didn't look like that when I was 15! They grow up fast nowadays, all those hormones in our food. That does not appear to be the fanny of a 15 year old. Wonder what it will look like in 20 years...
