    Default recession hits Santa too

    From a recent inspection. Little cottage in the backyard. I recommended demolition for the house and shed. I hate to think what used to go on in there, had a real creepy vibe to it.

    Recommending tearing down Santa's toy shop a week before Christmas! Better start planning on how to use your lump of coal.
