I'm an inspector not an appraiser but I need my own chauffeur.

2010 is going to be the year of absolute desperation in RE related service sectors.
I was just discussing this with another inspector here in IL - my guess is that once again we will see less than a 50% renewal for the Nov, 2010 cycle.
His guess was 35-40%.

I've often wished I had a chauffeur for some pf those longer drives. I could have just about had the report done by the time I got to my next stop!
