In all seriousness
Yes folks. People really post things like this about home inspection tied into Real Estate Sales
The importance of a Home Inspection. Seriously, does anyone really think this home needs a home inspection. How about a give away instead.

".......you want to look out for what's called mold."
I think I lost brain cells just watching that.

Re: In all seriousness
Unfortunately I am sitting here board enough to scout around the net and find these things. I had one for today that fell thru and they are looking for another home. Luckily I had one yesterday and one for tomorrow.
"If you see mushrooms and green fuzzy stuff, well, that is not good" or what ever he said.
"You should walk away or go for a reduced price. There is still value in something like that"
How about the entire home gutted and 300 gallons of bleach to wash the entire home and then fix the water leaks and then rebuild the entire inside of the home.
How about 25% of what homes sell for in the area or even less. With that much mold on the first floor you know the second floor has mold all thru it.

Re: In all seriousness Rochester
Hi Everyone,
Foreclosurer, Forecloser, Foreclosurer.
Turn off the electricity, and the sump doesn't work.
Add having the house closed up and being in a low spot or flood plain and this is what we have been seeing. It is a toss up between a fifty dollar a month electric bill or a total loss. I see the mortgage company making the decision when they foreclose. Next comes someone taking all the copper pipes out.
Then the windows and doors. Good luck with the neighborhood
