Thread: Stinkin' Snow

December and January were actually pretty decent months workwise. This January is my best January in nearly 8 years of inspecting. Then........the snow.

I think the buyers are buried under the snow and still trying to dig their way out.

There is going to be a bit of rain turning to maybe sleet and possibly snow tomorrow.

The buyer, seller, and my termite folks all wanted to cancel because there may be a little inclement weather. Yes. It may be a bit cold and messy but seriously. They are not really saying snow. Just crappy weather and everyone is planning on staying home tomorrow.

Same here Nick! This January was up about 25% over last January.
