I had to rub my eyes a lot during this inspection.

Re: Wallpaper Madness
Back in 1985, when I was a superintendent for a construction company, we dd a large built-to suit for AT&T.
They (AT&T) did the finish design through-out.
The wall paper that was selected for the bath rooms was soooo bad, it gave you a headache when you were in there. I spoke to AT&T's on site rep about it. He said it was designed so the workers spent as little time as possible in the bathrooms.

There was also a chair in the master bedroom upholstered with the same fabric pattern.

The tastes of some folk - really different! Not as bad as the small half-bath with black and white checked wall paper, matching tile floor, and wall papered ceiling. I got so dizzy I had to leave the room.

Re: Wallpaper Madness
I once did a house and had a devil of a time finding the distribution panel. Asked the seller. He didn't know. Found it in the hall neatly papered over by a previous owner.
