Hello from the Virginia Blue Ridge Mountains
Good morning, Everyone.
I just want to introduce myself. I am somewhat new to the forum and I have been reading posts here and there but I have not posted yet. I am a facility inspector for a large education facility and I perform Maintenance Assessments, Facility Condition Assessments and FCI's which may include LCA information. I have been trained by ITA in Home Inspection and Commercial Property Inspection.
