    Default building cost: attached vs detached

    What's more expensive to build: detached or attached housing, all other things being equal?

    Attached.
    Less foundation, fewer walls, fewer windows, roof requires less time to install, wast and water to unit can be less and the list goes on.

    The question is which is more expensive, so I assume your answer is actually "detached".
