STARS Mortgage or PHH
Anyone ever heard of PHH or STARS Mortgage? I got a call from them to do an FHA compliance inspection.

I've not heard of them and a quick look of PHH on the googlenet shows them to have 406 complaints with the BBB (Of course I realize all mortgage lenders probably have some dings).

....but do they pay their inspectors?
