New to this site (sort of)
Just wanted to introduce myself to all on this board. I'm Bruce Lugo of ProTech Home Inspection Services just east of Dallas, TX area. I've visited this site a few years back but now seem to have more free time as the markets seem to be getting slower
. I don't do much posting (at least for now). Anyway just wish to say hello to fellow inspectors and look forward to the markets improvement.

FYI: The Texas Professional Real Estate Inspection Association (TPREIA) is having their annual convention on October 21 to October 22.

I'm in Kaufman, TX. I've done some inspections out in your area. I try to work between Rockwall to Tyler.
