I've been looking for a copy of this book for a while now. If anyone knows where I could find it or has a copy they could either loan or sell me, please PM me.

You might try emailing Redwood Kardon as it looks like he was one of the authors and along with Hanson - I took a class from Redwood years ago and he said to email him anytime. I couldn't dig up his address but here's his linked-in profile:

I met Mr Hansen at an ASHI GLC conference over a year ago and asked him about the book. He stated it was out of print but that he was working on an update.
I'd contact him through code check but your best bet is probably trying to obtain a used copy.
