SUPER HEROES Bedroom
What kind of change do you think some parent paid out to have this done on the sons bedroom walls? Could explain why it was a foreclosure.
It was some really nice art work. Sad, that my client wants to Kilz (primer) over the walls and make it into his daughters room.
I thought the light switch in the last picture was in a weird spot.

Re: SUPER HEROES Bedroom
Yeah Rick, of all of the areas on the wall to paint that guys crotch, the light switch is a strange choice, particularly for a kids room.
Maybe it was a Freudian slip by the artist but it's kinda creepy if you ask me.

Re: SUPER HEROES Bedroom
Rick,
He's going through a TransFormer phase
Now you've gone and done it.
The grandsons have asked that I terminate your client and buy the house for them.
The younger granddaughter is in the midst of terminating both of them so I guess you're off the hook. She's got your back.
and this beats the fathead graphics by a mile

Re: SUPER HEROES Bedroom
Barry,
If your interested, I have a brother in law who actually can do this type of stuff. He's one of those "starving artists" but lives really nice off an inheritance.
He saw these pics and had a fit of wanting to do them in his art room.
I have to admit the Spiderman coming down the wall is impressive.
This house was over in Allen.

Hey Rick, you need to stay on your side of the lake

Re: SUPER HEROES Bedroom
It was somebody on this side of the lake wanting to wander to the west a bit.
I tried to discourage them telling that living in Allen was like setting up home on a parking lot with that traffic over there. Good Lord man, thats awful in places.
It makes me understand road rage a bit more.

Re: SUPER HEROES Bedroom
Rick, it isn't that bad if you stay off 75 and 121... of course you have to use either 75 or 121 if you want to leave very fast. I just try not to leave at the same time everyone else does

Re: SUPER HEROES Bedroom
9 am. in Allen from Rockwall takes some backroad skills for sure. I've learn all the blacktops through Wylie, Lucas, Murphy to get to Allen.
My son lives over in Allen Heights over there, but we're not allowed over there much. They are still in the honeymoon phase.

Re: SUPER HEROES Bedroom
Yeah, you can make pretty good time going the back roads as long as you avoid rush hour on 205 through downtown Rockwall and the train in Wylie doesn't catch you. I don't even try LBJ during rush hour though, that is a real parking lot.
I am just off of Allen Heights in the Green Gate addition, holler if you are over here and I'll buy you a burger.

Re: SUPER HEROES Bedroom
Sounds great Jim. When it slows down I'll give you a call and maybe meet you Scotty P's for lunch. Now there's a good burger.
Also, I know what you mean about downtown Rockwall. Its losing its small town appeal. As far as that train in Wylie, I believe that guy is just seeing how slow he can move that train. I've actually seen him laughing and waving at us there by Brown Street as he's going through.

They probably lost the house by going broke trying to keep up the payments to their kid’s psychiatrist?

Barry,
Looks like a great place but a bit far for lunch.
I do miss the ole Kellers on Samuell. Great burgers brought out to the car by a crack whore. A real family place.
