If you were purchasing a house in Phoenix...
...who would you choose for a home inspector - anyone know a Jerry Peck clone, or look-a-like, in the Phoenix area? He doesn't necessarily have to charge as much, or drive a camper/van.

Done and scheduled for next Tuesday - Thanks Scott, he does have a Jerry'esque vibe to him. And he's almost triple the price of the Realtor recommended inspector too, which gives him a little more of that unique Peckiness that I was looking for.

Scott Warga is a good guy. He was the technical adviser or something like that with a company I used to work for.
