Could anyone tell me if Inspection Commercial Property takes a special license or is just additional schooling. thanks.

I'm not aware of any state that requires a special commercial license. Training is a must, if you do not already have the knowledge of commercial structures. Truth be known commercial inspections are better paying and easier.
