I think I just meet the Lady.
Stopped at an open house on the way in almost dark. She meet me at the door explained she was the assistant to the agent. Said howdy handed her a card. On Home Inspection says she would you mind giving these folks your opinion of the roof? Smiling and joking "Let me get my insurance waver." Almost made it the 50 yards to leave, door pops open"We're done we'll call you.
