Well
It happened today.
I do not know exactly exactly what time but the number rolled over to $12.000 000,000,000 taday
Does anyone know what that number stands for????

SpellCheck won't catch grammatical errors such as using "hear" when the correct word is "here". If only someone could develop GrammarCheck.

According to US Census Bureau (now 100% ACORN-free) the current population of the United States is 307,853,744.
So a national debt of $12 trillion equates to a debt of $38,979.55 for every man, woman and child in the country. For a family of four that is a debt of $155,918.19.
The debt is growing faster than ever now (having added in ONE YEAR over 10% to the debt that accumlated over the previous 232 years). We have saddled future generations with a debt that cannot be repaid. At some point the whole thing must collapse.
Meanwhile I have to get back to work so I can pay my taxes (that I am sure will be wisely spent).

I see how it is. I guess everyone wants me to start pointing out their grammatical errors and spelling errors ??????
My goodness.
What's a guy to do???
Anyway...it is now well over $12,000,000,000,000.00 and climbing by the minute. Yes...it is the debt. Far be it from me to be the glass half empty kind of guy but I just do not see how the Government plans on paying down all this debt.
The only foreseeable way I can think of is to raise taxes by 25% of what they are now for about a half dozen years or more on every working stiff in the US. And then the taxes will have to remain that high to pay for the new programs coming about. Oh yeah. They are already going to have everyone pay for a few years before these programs even start so they can be some what afforded. Some of this medical is not even going to start until 2019
Like I said....What is a guy to do?
