Has anyone seen these
This seems pretty hokie to me but they appeared to be made for this application. They were cable extensions that were made so that they would lay flat under a window, I suppose to keep from having to drill through the walls.

Looks like a lazy mans way of running cable. I'm sure the reception is just fine.

They make those flat cables for speaker wire as well. I don't believe the intent was for under a window, however.

What'd I miss?
I don't see the drilled hole. Is that an assumption?
Looks like the just ran the cable up along the side of the home and then up thru the window (like an idoit would).
