Cheap property
Did a "cheap" condo in the taller of the two buildings shown. It was only $1,050,000. The condo fee was $1100 per month.

The penthouse in this building is the most expensive listing in Boston at the present time at $15,000.000. (Imagine what that condo fee must be.)

I wouldn't mind doing that inspection at 1/10 of 1% ($15,000)

Is that 15,000 or 15,000,000 for the penthouse?
