The view from the porch
This is the view from the back porch of today's inspection. I'm doing the phase and draw inspections on a home located in Williamson County, TN. It is about a two year project and we are about mid-way, but this is the first time that I have been able to see through the woods and across the valley. The home and buildings that are in the picture is Tim McGraw and Faith Hills, little shack. They restored an 1806 antebellum plantation called Beechwood. The home I'm working on sits on some of the old plantation land.

Re: The view from the porch
Those are some nice views.

The guy in the boat below was probably expecting some great views on his new boat but the loading cables gave away.

Now thats a bad day for you.

Re: The view from the porch
Rick,

That boat, as I recall, was several $million$ and was being unloaded from the manufacturer so the purchaser could take delivery, and it went straight to the bottom.

Better before he takes delivery than afterward - the manufacturer lost a bundle on that one.
