The Neighbors are Upset
The neighbors at both sides of this home we were at are just a little upset with the way the realtor is watching after the home.

Wouldn't you? I aked them if they had ever heard of ROUNDUP.

This was one of those homes described as "charming". Yeah, if you had a goat.

Re: The Neighbors are Upset
Why would it be the Realtor's responsibility to maintain the Home?

Re: The Neighbors are Upset
This was a foreclosure. The realtor, most around here would pick up the phone and pay someone to have the place mowed. Not very good PR to have your sign in the yard with a place looking as such.

I can guarantee you that none of the neighbors will be calling this agent to list their home in the future.

The city will have it mowed and will place a charge on the water utility bill of about 500.00 for such a violation and someone will pay it or they will not turn the water back on. Period. Not even for a new owner.

Just listing the home, throwing a sign in the yard and waiting for someone to drive by and give you a contract is not a good business plan in my opinion. You'd think about the appearance of the home to attract a buyer don't you think?

Looks like they plan on holding the next British Open at that house.
