Ooops
This is a topic we are having on an upcoming evening az ashi seminar.

Over the years I've seen a few interesting things here,

Now looking for some more, along with what you did to avoid doing the same thing again .

I'm confused on your question.

Are you asking what have we done before on a HI and then maybe said, Ooops!

Kind of like waking up at 3am. annd realizing you left the oven on in that vacant home.

Yea , thats a good one.
I did an oops here and cannot figure out how to delete the dbl post.
