Trinity
Has anyone had any dealings with a place out of Texas called Trinity Inspection Services.
Apparently they pay about 60 bucks for a progress report and a dozen pictures.
Sounds like a quick in and out without much time involved.

I have worked with them for many years. Work is easy, takes a few minutes on site and about 10 minutes to upload the information. They pay every couple of weeks. Great fill-in work. Just got my 1099 from them, I did $3,800 with them in 2007.

Also look at DDN and Granite, they do the same type of work.

Re: Trinity
I hooked up with Trinity and Granite last year and have not had one inspection. Suppose it depends where in the country you are.

Yes, it all depends on the area you are in. I would say that the vast majority of my work with Trinity and Granite are smaller to medium size custom homes. Trinity was in strong with Countrywide and after the problems in Countrywide came to light the inspections started to slow. With DDN I'm doing several high end custom homes in subdivisions.

Re: Trinity
Actually, I never heard of them 'til now. They just called me out of the blue. That's why I inquired.

Re: Trinity
I worked with Trinity and DDN, both were really great to work for.

I dont know if anyone here has heard of Cocamar, I did a little bit for them. They were real nice folks to work with but the reports, I didnt care for.
They may have improved by now.

Draw inspections have one pro and one con in my opinion.
They dont pay much but they're easy as heck to squeeze into your schedule.

Re: Trinity
I have been working with DDN for the last couple of years. Used to do Cocomar but the reports were a pain. With DDN I told them that I needed $50 an inspection and I still get the work. Most try to get you for around $35.
Always keep some mud shoes in the truck. They allway seem to contact me when it has recently rained.
