Has anyone tried this?
Welcome to BidDay!

It seems like an interesting concept. Does anyone have any experience with it?

Re: Has anyone tried this?
Their words..... "BidDay will be working with the largest Lenders, Banks, Investment Funds, and Financial Institutions in the nation and cannot predict nor guarantee where properties will be located.".......

Notice the "future tense"? meaning.... we're a startup and want your money. Even though they don't mention how much until .................................................. .......................................... "Your credit card will NOT be charged at this time. You will be required to pay a membership fee only when you first reserve a property for inspection. "

I checked on the number of properties available within 250 miles of my zip code (29577) and found..... 0

HHmmmm ... Think I'll pass.

Same thing I did ... with the same results.

Let it 'start up' and see how it goes.

Looks as a way for someone to capture 495.00 from a newbie in the biz looking for work or signing up for this so-called service.

Re: Has anyone tried this?
"20165" Sterling, VA....250 mile radius would cover most of VA, all of D.C., large portion of WV, large portion of MA, and a good swath of PA..."0" properties available. People are coming up with all kinds of schemes to capitalize on the current fear. This was probably dreamed up by a couple of smart out of work geeks who are sitting at home with a laptop and a credit card machine waiting for calls to come in from desperate Inspectors looking for any promise of generating some potential business. But I guess you can't blame 'em for trying
