Great Phase inspection course
A three day course for phase inspections. Started yesterday and end tomorrow. One of the better courses I have taken in a long time. If anyone needs hours for continuing ed I would highly suggest it. The course will be in Arlington Texas and then Austin Texas. Fantastic material. They planned on 24 people for this class and wound up with 50.

 • Prepare yourself to become Code Certified by the International Code Council
In today's competitive market home inspectors have to stand out to be sought out.

Why take this Course
This course is, without a doubt, the single best resource to quickly start inspecting New Structures while providing a solid basis from which you can build on your knowledge base.
We have distilled the IRC (International Residential Code) down to the meat and bones, and then we shed light on how certain code violations and other gray areas are handled by an experienced inspector.
It's true, you can find all this code material in other reference books, but what you get here, in this course, is a first-hand inspector's account on how to actually think through an inspection. You're going to learn what to look for and how to report on what you're seeing.
This is a must-have course on how to get started in phased home inspections with all of the basics covered and enough advanced concepts covered, to give you confidence when discussing defects with your client and/or the site supervisor.
This Phase Inspections Course provides you with the knowledge to limit your liability by covering contract issues such as plan review. Mainly, why we don't do it and if we do, what to specifically look for and why.
Your investment for all of this is just $699 (if you pay after July 25th), which will more than pay for itself with just a couple of inspections, not to mention all the office doors that will be opened to you for your New Construction office presentations.
If you sign up and pre-pay before 5 pm of July 25, 2008 you will receive a $100 DISCOUNT on the course.
